Muy….Muy….Bueno! On the edge of Cedar River you will find this great pub spot. Make yourself a favor and order the Bourbon burger (delicious) wash it down with a cold draft beer of your choice and you will be on point! Wife had the raspberry chicken salad and daughter had the yummy popcorn chicken salad, no wonder is a pub favorite 😋 We had a great time and really enjoyed the front row view of cedar river, moments like these make it all worth it. Be thankful every moment you get to break bread with the people you love!
Lunch here was great! Our waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious! Will stop in again if we get back to the area!
The staff are the best! Always a great spot for a drink and some food. Excellent pizza, steak sandwiches, turkey bruchetta, and much more!
Sports Bar atmosphere with multiple TVs and beer signs. Although the restaurant did not appear to be busy, service was slow, although very friendly and adequate when he arrived. My Philly Cheese Steak, Sweet Potatoe Puffs, Coleslaw and Arnold Palmer were delicious.
Stopped in today for lunch. Service was great and fast! Food was 10/10 will definitely be back.
I absolutely love this place. The view on the river is so pretty. The food so so good, usually I end up taking food home, not this time, it was that good! And our server Mya, she is so sweet and perfect at her job. If you come here ask for Mya you will not be disappointed.
This place was recomended by a friend of ours and it DEFINATELY lived up to it. The food was wonderful, prices were very reasonable and our waitress was out of this world. She was so attentive even after it became very crowded. We plan on stopping again when were up in Charles City. We HIGHLY recomend The Pub on the Cedar. Thank you

Came here for dinner one night to try out more local restaurants in the area. My partner and I enjoyed it as the food tasted great, there were plenty of options, and it was reasonably priced for the quality of the food that we got. Would definitely come back here again to try out more of the menu.
Once we received service it was fantastic. Unfortunately when we entered noone approached us, there was not a sign indicating that we needed to seat ourselves. Eventually a pair of elderly ladies told us to seat ourselves as that is eventually what they had to do. The restaurant was perhaps 10% occupancy when we were there, so not sure what the problem was. The more experienced waitress who did eventually approach us was excellent- thats why I kept it at 5 stars. My sons food was excellent, and my tenderloin was the best ever in my 55 years. Lovely deck area with additional outside bar right on the banks of the river. Beautiful and scenic.
